I have had to use Local Heating & Air multiple times for various reasons. Glenn (owner) has always answered all of my questions and explained everything to me on terms that I could understand and make an informed decision by. There was never any pressure to “replace the system.” As we talked about my problem, he listed all my options for me from replacing parts to letting it go to replacing. Reviewed the pluses and minuses of each and how each would affect me and my budget. Once we decided on the repair his response was prompt and the quality of work was extremely high. His customer service skills and knowledge are above par, which backs up his 25 years in the field. I will continue to use Local Heating & Air and Glenn for as long as I can for simple maintenance to major HVAC work. I have had both done and have always been impressed. Prior to finding Local Heating & Air I talked to other companies as well, but none compare to the prices nor the great service and explanations he provides.

I have a gas fired unit, so it was important to me that the technician was experienced in that field. Glenn was able to take apart and replace key internal parts quickly. He even adjusted the way the gas burns so less is used (regulator I think?) and therefore my monthly bill will be less. I highly recommend this company, very honest work and straight forward pricing. I also have a heat pump, so they have won my business for cooling this summer.
